Introduction

The Nephrology Department of Foresea Yihe International Medical Center has established five sub-specialty clinical medical groups, namely blood purification, vascular access, peritoneal dialysis, acute and chronic kidney disease, and renal pathology. It carries out five distinctive technical specialties, seeks breakthroughs in clinical research, new clinical technologies, new therapies, etc., and is committed to building a specialized team with a certain reputation in China.

Treatment and Services

1) Diagnosis and Treatment
The Nephrology Department provides diagnosis and treatment for common and complex kidney diseases, including acute and chronic glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, diabetic kidney disease, tubulointerstitial nephritis, urinary tract infections, acute and chronic kidney failure, and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. The department also performs renal biopsy, arteriovenous fistula creation, central venous catheterization, and peritoneal dialysis catheter placement.

2) Specialty Programs
Hemodialysis Center: The center provides hemodialysis, hemofiltration, hemodiafiltration, hemoperfusion, plasma exchange, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). It is capable of independently performing complex arteriovenous fistula creation, percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) for fistula stenosis, and central venous catheter placement.
