The hospital supports the Urban Employee Basic Medical Insurance and Urban Resident Basic Medical Insurance of Guangzhou City. Since November 2022, it has implemented the 2021 new version of the diagnostic and treatment directory and medical insurance policy, charging at the same price as public hospitals. The hospital is also a designated medical institution for public-funded medical care in Guangdong Province, Guangzhou City, and Zengcheng District.

If you have purchased the relevant medical insurance, we will provide your insurance company with the bill for each medical visit. You are responsible for the out-of-pocket expenses and deductibles, while the specific amount paid by the insurance company will be determined based on your medical insurance plan. If you have any questions about the details of your medical insurance coverage, please call the contact number on your insurance card for consultation. For out-of-pocket expenses and other fees that need to be paid immediately, you can use a check, debit card, or credit card for payment.
