We also offer time-slot appointments, allowing patients to choose suitable visiting times according to their schedules, with appointments accurate to 30 minutes, significantly reducing waiting times.
For patients with special needs, we deliver professional one-on-one full-accompaniment medical services. Specific services encompass making appointments on behalf of patients, accompanying them during consultations, and collecting reports on their behalf, ensuring that patients have a worry-free and comfortable experience throughout their medical journey.
Depending on the specific condition of each patient, we can specially invite well-known experts from different fields both domestically and internationally to conduct multidisciplinary consultations for difficult diseases. This not only avoids the complicated process of patients having to visit different departments, but also ensures that patients receive professional and efficient diagnosis and treatment in the shortest time possible.
Visa Service
When patients require extended treatment and need to prolong their stay in China or change their visa type, we will provide consultation and assistance, and help patients handle the relevant procedures.
Translation Service
During the daily consultations and medical visits of international patients, we are equipped with professional interpreters to ensure that patients can communicate with doctors in their native language, reducing communication barriers between doctors and patients.
Note: Currently, we support English, Thai, and Indonesian. Translation services for more languages are under planning.
Domestic
We offer a one-stop full-process service for patients with domestic referral needs, including: processing of referral applications, coordination with medical institutions, case assessment, transportation to and from specialized medical institutions, and follow-up on treatment.
Note: Some expenses (such as transportation) are at the patient's own cost.
Overseas
We provide a one-stop full-process service for patients with overseas referral needs, including: initial consultation, case assessment, selection of overseas hospitals and experts, translation and mailing of relevant medical documents, assistance with visa applications, travel arrangements, overseas medical accompaniment, follow-up on treatment and rehabilitation services, etc.
Note: Some expenses (such as visa applications, air tickets, and hotel accommodations) are at the patient's own cost.
The family doctor team will regularly contact the patients they are responsible for, to conduct remote health assessments and provide professional guidance.
