Medical Technology Department-Ultrasound Diagnosis Department

Department Introduction

The Ultrasound Medicine Department of Foresea Yihe International Medical Center has a complete range of sub-specialties and emphasizes both ultrasound diagnosis and therapy. It is a comprehensive ultrasound discipline that integrates diagnosis, treatment, scientific research, and healthcare.
The expert team has extensive clinical experience and advanced diagnostic and therapeutic techniques.
The Ultrasound Diagnosis Department offers comprehensive ultrasound diagnostic and therapeutic technologies, including abdominal ultrasound (digestive and urinary systems), cardiovascular and cerebrovascular ultrasound, obstetric and gynecological ultrasound, ultrasound contrast imaging (contrast-enhanced ultrasound, CEUS), interventional ultrasound, superficial and musculoskeletal ultrasound, and point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) for emergency and critical care.
The department is equipped with many advanced color Doppler ultrasound systems from leading domestic and international brands, including GE, Philips, Siemens, Hitachi, Toshiba, Mindray, and Kaili.
The department has developed a number of specialized techniques, including contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) for cardiac and abdominal applications, pelvic floor function assessment, transesophageal echocardiography, and interventional ultrasound (e.g., ablation therapy).
In particular, the department has reached a leading domestic level in areas such as real three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography (3D-HyCoSy), pelvic floor function assessment, endometrial receptivity assessment for infertility, ovarian function ultrasound assessment, and tumor interventional ultrasound diagnosis and treatment techniques.

Treatment and Services

1) Scope of diagnosis and treatment
The department provides comprehensive ultrasound diagnostic services, including abdominal ultrasound, superficial organ and musculoskeletal ultrasound, obstetric and gynecological ultrasound, pediatric ultrasound, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular ultrasound, contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS), hysterosalpingography (HSG), uterine ultrasound contrast imaging, and gastrointestinal ultrasound contrast imaging.

2) Featured Projects
The department offers many specialized technologies, including three-dimensional (3D) and four-dimensional (4D) prenatal ultrasound screening, contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS), three-dimensional pelvic floor function assessment, transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), and interventional ultrasound.
Notably, the department has advanced expertise in 3D and 4D hysterosalpingography (3D/4D-HSG), pelvic floor function assessment, endometrial receptivity assessment for infertility, and ultrasound-based ovarian function assessment.
Under ultrasound imaging guidance, the department performs minimally invasive procedures such as biopsy, fluid drainage, aspiration, and therapeutic drug injection, achieving both precise diagnosis and effective treatment.
